The Board of County Commissioners are looking for citizens that are interested in serving on BOCC county advisory boards. These boards
offer the public a greater impact on local decisions by providing recommendations to the appropriate decision makers. As vacancies may occur
throughout the year, applications are accepted anytime. However, applications received after September 1st may not be considered for winter
(end of term) appointments.
Appointments to the Noxious Weed Advisory Board require a two year commitment. Appointments to the Board of Community Guardians and
Fair Board require a four year commitment. All other advisory board appointments require a three year commitment. All advisory board meetings
are open to the public and are held in accordance with the Idaho Open Meeting Law.
