• ONLINE with credit card at courtpay.idaho.gov There is a nominal fee for using this service.

• Phone 1-800-530-8189 with credit card. There is a nominal fee for using this service.

• Mail to District Court, P. O. Box 9000, Coeur d' Alene, ID 83816-9000 (personal check, cashier check or money order made out to District Court - no two party checks accepted)

• Drop Box (West of Kootenai County Justice Building in lower parking lot) 324 West Garden Avenue, Coeur d' Alene, ID (personal check, cashier check or money order made out to District Court - no two party checks accepted)

• In Person, lower level, Kootenai County Justice Building, Coeur d' Alene, ID (cash, credit or debit card, personal check, cashier check or money order made out to District Court - no two party checks accepted)

Failure to pay on time may lead to a suspension of your driving privileges, and/or your account being turned over to a Collection Agency that will add a 25% collection fee.

If you are suspended for Failure to Pay, contact Driver Services directly to be reinstated AFTER paying the citation at the Court or Collection Co.
