Comprehensive Plan and Goals
Kootenai County has organized the components into various Sections within its Comprehensive Plan to reflect the areas of
concern and interest to its citizens. Within Part One these sections are in the form of a brief summary with goals, objectives,
policies, and an implementation matrix. Part Two of the Plan includes the research and analysis, maps, graphs, and tables that
were used for background and technical information.
