Types of Passports

  • A passport book is valid for international travel by air, land, or sea
  • A passport card is valid for travel to and from Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, or the Caribbean by land or sea only

Passport Renewal Process:
You will renew your passport by mail if all of the following are true: You still have possession of your most current passport
You were over the age of 16 when you applied for your most recent passport
Your current passport is less than 15 years old
Your passport has not been mutilated or damaged
