Surveyor

The Kootenai County Surveyor provides the following public services:

• Review all city and county subdivisions for compliance with Idaho Code and/or county/city subdivision ordinances.

• Obtain section corner location data using survey quality G.P.S. equipment and traditional survey equipment for producing accurate base maps for all departments.

• Assist other departments with location based needs, particularly relating to county owned property.

• Provide a liason between the county and the private land surveyor.
