Pending Issue of Tax Deed

Real property will enter the Pending Issue of Tax Deed process if taxes become three years delinquent. The County must notify via certified mail property owners and any parties of interest of the delinquency. In addition a legal notice will be published in the local newspaper. The County will hold the property until its tax sale auction. Property owners have the right to come in and redeem their property up until the time of the sale.
