This Election will include Levy Questions for the following School Districts: Coeur d'Alene #271, Lakeland Jt. #272, Post Falls #273, & Kootenai Jt. #274. To see a sample ballot, click on the link below for your district.

Polls will be open from 8 am to 8 pm on Tuesday, March 14th for the March Consolidated Election.
Absentee Voting
Voters can request absentee ballots online at voteidaho.gov or fill out a paper form at our office at 1808 N 3rd St. in CdA. The last day to request an absentee ballot for the March Election is Friday March 3rd by 5pm.
Early Voting
Early Voting will be held at the Kootenai County Elections Department from February 27th to March 10th, Monday - Friday, 8-5.
Voter Registration
Open Voter Registration for the March 14th Election will close on Friday, February 17th. Before this date, voters can register or update their registration online at voteidaho.gov or by filling out a paper form at the Kootenai County Elections Department.
After February 17th, voters can register and vote at the same time using Photo ID, and Proof of Residency that is dated February 11th or earlier.
Logic and Accuracy Test
Logic and Accuracy tests of the Kootenai County Elections Tabulators will be conducted at our office on Wednesday March 8th at 11am and Friday March 10th at 3pm. These tests are open to the public.
