This applies to any commercial operator or private citizen wishing to utilize County marine facilities for purposes other than recreational boating. Please complete, print and mail the permit application with payment and insurance liability certificate to: Kootenai County Parks and Waterways, 10905 N. Ramsey Road, Hayden, Idaho 83835.
