This program was created to give drug-addicted offenders the opportunity to enter recovery and address their addiction. If you decide to enter this program or are entering as a condition of probation, it will mean a chance to regain your life, mend your relationships, and become a positive member of the community. This program will be hard and require your total commitment, but the time and effort will be well worth it in the end as you regain control over your life.
The DUI Court program has been developed to help you achieve stability in your life. The program is designed to promote self-sufficiency and to return you to the community as a productive and responsible citizen. The judge, probation officer, treatment provider, and community resources are present to guide and assist you, but the final responsibility is yours.
