Kootenai County has implemented a Commercial Use ordinance affecting all public marine facilities owned and/or managed by Kootenai County. This ordinance applies to any commercial operator or private citizen wishing to utilize County marine facilities for purposes other than recreational boating. A copy of Ordinance 402 and Resolution 2012-15 is available for downloading below, in addition to an application for a Commercial Use permit.
Commercial fees are as follows:
