You can drill down to each department within an elected official's budget by clicking on the desired department in the square in the top left of the screen. The gauges will update to reflect that department's data. The projected FYTD totals are based upon the amount of time that has elapsed since the beginning of the fiscal year. This is only an estimate. Large purchases made early or late in the fiscal year can skew the gauges.
